You will have to be available during the above time slot to accept the order, please include your contact number.
A payment link will be sent to your phone on the day, prior the delivery arrival.
Order deadline is 2pm the day before your Zone's delivery day. Orders placed after this time will be put through the following week.
We sadly cannot offer any liquid refills with this service (we are working on it!). Please save your bottles for instore refilling!
Click & Collect
Please order by 9pm to collect next day (in most cases) except on Sunday night as we are closed Monday's. You do not need to order in advance - please make sure you are able to come next day at the below times:
5pm to 6pm Tues/Weds/Fri/Sat/Sun and a late night collection on Thursday 6pm to 7pm - we are closed Mondays.
If you cannot attend during the assigned Click and Collect hour, we can arrange to come before but there may be people in front of you. Please leave any collection request in the ‘notes’ section or email contact@thecleankilo.co.uk
5% packing fee - we would like to continue offering a packing service however due to the labour-intensive procedure we need to apply this fee in order to make it sustainable for us. Once your order is packed and the fee will be added on your final payment for both collection/ deliveries e.g £1 for £20 spent.
IMPORTANT
Due to levels of stock fluctuating on a daily basis, customers are able to make orders through the website without payment as there is always a small chance where we can't fulfil the entire order. Please allow up to a 20% discrepancy on your requested weight as it is very difficult for us to hit e.g. exactly 500g in the bag (although we are getting better!) You will only be charged on collection for the items and weights that are packed – payment will be taken via card only on collection/ prior delivery.
ALLERGEN NOTICE - Due to the nature of zero waste shopping, it is inevitable that nearly all allergens are present in the shop. Whether this be in the form of the product itself or traces due to the manufacturing process, other allergens may be present in your product. We do everything that we can to keep allergens separate within the shop and in storage, however there is still a chance of traces in an open environment as allergens are present on the premises.
