What is the Christmas Pre-Order collection/deliveries?
This is our special Christmas service with the intention of fulfilling specifically the needs of Christmas Day dinner and there are other items suitable for small gifts and NYE.
The regular click and & collect/delivery service will be replaced with our Christmas Pre-Order Collection on Wednesday 23rd/24th December for the Christmas week – see amended times below.
Our minimum order amount is £30. However, due to having a reduced product list for Christmas - we have removed our 5% packing fee!
Why use the Christmas service?
To help guarantee the availability of your items on the big day, we need enough time to order products with our suppliers. Many of which are small business and handmake items, so they need time to prepare accordingly.
The deadline for ordering is 3pm Sunday 20th December – however, if we reach our capacity before then, we will close off the ordering system. For this reason, please order as soon as possible, especially if you are placing larger orders.
The Christmas pre-order product list has been specifically selected and the range is limited due to logistics of fulfilling orders during a very busy period.
If you need items that are not in the Christmas Pre-Order list, please pop in to store or use Click & Collect/Delivery service prior the 23rd December.
Christmas Pre-Orders Bournville:
This is only be available on 23rd December via Christmas pre-order only (25 slots).
Time slots are between 5pm and 7.30pm – you will be assigned a time slot, please check your emails 48 hours prior collection.
Please note, additional items are unlikely to be able to be added in store - all slots will be full and slots cannot over run due to social distancing.
Christmas Pre-Orders Digbeth:
This is only be available on 23rd December via Christmas pre-order (10 slots).
Time slots are between 5pm and 6pm – you will be assigned a time slot, please check your emails 48 hours prior collection.
Please note, additional items are unlikely to be able to be added in store - all slots will be full and slots cannot over run due to social distancing
Christmas Pre- Order Delivery Service Zone 1 to 4 times:
Zone 1 (Digbeth/City Centre/Jewellery Quarter) - Wednesday 23rd December 4pm - 6pm (12 slots available). There will be no regular service on Thursday 24th Dec.
Zone 2 (Harborne/Bearwood/Edgbaston) - Wednesday 23rd December 6pm - 8pm (16 slots available). There will be no regular service on Saturday 26th Dec.
Zone 3 (Moseley/Kings Heath/Selly Oak) - Wednesday 23rd December 6.30pm - 8.30pm (12 slots available). There will be no regular service on Thursday 24th Dec.
Zone 4 (Perry Barr/Erdington/Sutton Coldfield/Boldmere) - Thursday 24th December 11am - 12pm (6 slots available). There will be no regular service on Saturday 26th Dec.
If you are not at home during the delivery hours, please leave us a note on the cart about where to leave your order.
Regular Delivery Service:
All services run as normal until Sunday 20th December, then the Christmas delivery as outlined above, the regular service resumes, starting with Zone 2 on 2nd January – order up until the night before.
Update on Zone 4 – naturally, this is our quietest route and we feel that to make it carbon efficient, we can no longer offer this as a weekly service after the Christmas period.
We will be delivering to Zone 4 every third Saturday of the month – the next date after Xmas would be 16th January; please place orders by 2pm on the 15th January.
Regular Click and Collect Bournville:
Place your last Click and Collect order on Sunday 20th/Monday 21st – for collection on Tuesday 22nd December (5pm to 6pm collection – see email confirmation) 10 slots.
We are open a few days between Christmas and New Year:
Order prior 6pm on 28th December for collection on 29th December (5pm to 6pm collection – see email confirmation) 10 slots
Order prior 6pm on 29th December for collection on 30th December (5pm to 6pm collection – see email confirmation) 10 slots
Order prior 6pm on 30th December for collection on 31st December (3pm to 3.30pm collection – see email confirmation) 5 slots
Click & collect service resumes as normal from 2nd Jan
