To oven bake: Pre-heat oven to 220oC/425oF/Gas Mark 7. Place the falafel on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes.
To grill: Grill under a pre-heated medium hot grill, for 12 minutes turning regularly.
For best results always cook from frozen.
