Pasta is traditionally made with fine Type “O” pasta flour in Italy. This light white flour is high in protein and can also be used for pizza and bread making.


We have loosened the restriction on this flour so that you are able to buy 1kg of either Organic Doves or Italian pasta flour as an addition to the 2kg of restricted flours (plain, self-raising, strong white, strong wholemeal, spelt, buckwheat, chickpea have a 2kg restriction mixed or one type).


Please do not order more than 1kg of pasta flour - either options.
