Unfortunately, our regular non-organic pasta supplier is out of stock, and so we have had to move to the only other alternative which is an organic pasta. This has meant that the price has had to increase in line with the increase in the cost price for us. We are doing everything we can to get our non-organic, and cheaper pasta back ASAP.
 
INGREDIENTS: Whole wheat durum

STORAGE: Cool, dry and hygienic, away from direct light and odours.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add 1 teaspoon salt and the pasta (1 tsp olive oil optional). Return to a boil, and cook for 12 minutes until al dente.
