Freshly frozen, sweet and tender British Petit Pois.  Grown in the UK on a third generation Yorkshire farm.
Frozen within 2.5 hours of being picked, locking in all the nutrients.
No matter the season, freshly frozen garden peas are available throughout the year.
Cook from frozen.
Simmer gently in lightly salted water with a sprig of fresh mint, until just tender.  Drain and serve with a knob of butter and garnish with mint.
Or microwave from frozen with a knob of butter.  Stir from time to time.
Or steam with a sprig of mint until tender.
