Pasta stock levels fluctuate rapidly, and so we may have to replace one pasta shape with another.
We can only allow a 2kg maximum pasta order whether mixed or single shape/colour. If you buy over the limit, we will automatically reduce to 2kg but only charge for this amount.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add 1 teaspoon salt and the pasta (1 tsp olive oil optional). Return to a boil, and cook for 12 minutes until al dente.
