Soya chunks or TVP as they are also known as are made from 100% soya beans. Our soya protein chunks are the perfect substitute for meat such as chicken and pork. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans who perhaps miss some of their favourite meat containing meals such as sizzling fajitas or comforting stews.
Instructions: Wash and boil soya chunks in water for 5 mins. Once done, soak cooked soya chunks in cold water for 2 mins and squeeze out the water, do it twice to get rid of the soya smell. Soya chunks are ready to cook with.
