Lentils (40%), Carrots, Onions, Pea Flour, Spring Onions, Water, Tomato Puree, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper.

Allergens are stated in bold.


ALLERGEN STATEMENT: Due to the nature of zero waste shopping, it is inevitable that nearly all allergens are present in the shop. Whether this be in the form of the product itself or traces due to the manufacturing process, they will be present. We do everything that we can to keep allergens separate within the shop and in storage, however there is still a chance of traces in an open environment as allergens are present on the premises.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen.

Shallow fry in pre-heated oil over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Deep fry in pre-heated oil at 180°C for 4 minutes.  Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Always check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
