Any orders after the cut off time will be put through to the following week unless organised with us otherwise.
Please note you don't need to be at home on delivery days but please leave your safe location in the NOTES or via email.
CLICK AND COLLECT IN BOURNVILLE
Order by 6pm the night before for collection next day - we have a limit of 5 slots per day.
Our Click & Collect orders will be ready to collect in the last hour of our opening hours - please see Contact Page.
Please do not order in advance of more than 1-2 days.
How it works
Place your order and choose one of the delivery methods above. We will contact you via email to confirm the time slot. Payments for deliveries are made via an online payment link emailed to you. Click and collect orders can be paid upon collection in cash or card payment.
This is due to stock levels fluctuating - you will only be charged what is actually packed.

Items will be packed in paper bags or loose where possible. Liquid refills for click and collect is available for our specified bottles only. The refill service is currently not possible with our delivery service.
