Delicious plant-based burgers made with wholemeal breadcrumbs.


Try your burgers on a bed of fresh lettuce and tomato in a lightly toasted bun, topped with onions and a dollop of your favourite sauce.


300g will make 9-10  burgers.


Instructions: To make 4 burgers you will need 2 tbsp of sunflower oil


1. Put 125g of burger mix into a bowl, add 175ml boiling water, and 2 tbsp sunflower oil. Stir well and leave to rest uncovered for 10 minutes.


2. With wet hands shape into burger shapes.


3. Fry until golden brown or place in the oven. Pre-heat your oven to 180-200 and bake your burgers on a lightly greased baking tray for 20 minutes. turning once until cooked thoroughly.
