Sosmix is a delicious meat-free vegan sausage mix. Add herbs, onions, tomato, vegetables, garlic to taste.
 
The great thing about Sosmix is that its so easy to make. Simply mix 150g of Sosmix with 250ml of very cold water & allow to stand for 10 mins. What you add to it will make a big difference so you will never get bored with it.
 
INGREDIENTS: Rusk [fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt], dried soya protein, palm oil (RPSO certified), stabiliser (methylcellulose), rice flour, salt, soya flour, modified potato starch, sunflower oil, flavourings (contain barley), colour (beetroot red).
 
ALLERGENS: Soya in product itself, but may have come in contact with allergens in supply chain/packing.
